A judge set bond at $605,000 for 57-year-old Angelo Musicaro on Wednesday morning.

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. — A pastor and former Pasco County deputy accused of molesting minors has been granted bond.

A judge set bond at $605,000 for 57-year-old Angelo Musicaro on Wednesday morning after his arrest last week.

Musicaro will not be held in jail before his trial but is under a no-contact order with the victims and their family members.

Investigators told 10 Tampa Bay News that Musicaro is accused of “being inappropriate with four juvenile victims on various occasions between 2021 and 2026.” He’s facing multiple charges, including lewd and lascivious behavior for molestation or fondling of a victim less than 12 years old.

Musicaro previously served as a deputy with the Pasco Sheriff’s Office from 1997 to 2010, working as a school resource officer from 2002 to 2006. He returned to the sheriff’s office as a civilian employee between 2015 and 2017.

Social media posts also indicate that he planned to run for Pasco County sheriff in 2028.

Musicaro worked as a pastor at Worship-Life Church in New Port Richey. 10 Tampa Bay News is still working to confirm his current employment status there.
