30-foot boat catches fire while docked in St. James City | State

ST. JAMES CITY – A 30-foot vessel caught fire in St. James City, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

The vessel was unoccupied and tied to a dock when it caught fire.

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Lee County Sheriff’s Office and Matlacha Fire Rescue responded to the scene Tuesday.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
