• A law is needed that says that trucks with oversize loads can only ride in late-night hours. They are a traffic hazard in regular daylight hours with so much traffic. This morning, I found two trucks with oversize loads taking two lanes on I-75 southbound to Tampa in heavy rain. Very dangerous driving beside them.
• I encourage people to learn the difference between when to use the words “farther” and “further”. Artemis is here to teach everyone to use the word farther, which refers to distance. Even professionals on TV and radio are mixing it up.
• Not as much ticked off, though that too. But this is really a public service announcement for bicycle and pedestrian safety: Drivers must stop at stop signs, not first at the edge of the travel way of cross streets. Especially if there is a crosswalk beyond a stop sign and at blind intersections, often created by subdivision entry monuments, walls and shrubs. I would love to see the local law enforcement officers crack down on this too-dangerous driving practice.
• I’m ticked off that the Ticked Off column has degraded to rather idiotic simplistic issues that have no relevance to more serious real world issues anymore.
• Asking Eric? Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah! I sure miss Ask Amy!

• Delighted to see Lighthouse and the Orlando Fire Department host an annual inclusive Easter egg hunt for visually impaired children. Using eggs that emitted sounds so these beautiful children could participate was heartwarming! Thank you!
