The 2026 edition of Florida football’s Orange and Blue Game, its annual intrasquad scrimmage held in front of the Gator Nation inside Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, will take place on Saturday, April 11. Everything you need to know about the program’s final spring event can be found right here.
Not only will there be action on the field, but also plenty of other activities outside the stadium as well. The excitement starts with the Gatorland Fan Fest, followed by the traditional Gator Walk, before the opening kickoff at noon ET.
There will also be giveaways for both the public and the students, and Florida Victorious members will be able to participate in a post-game autograph event on the field with players.
Competition between the two teams will serve as a way for fans to experience a Gators game day at the Swamp. Admission to all events is free.

Orange and Blue Game format
The team will split into two squads, one offense and one defense. The game will feature four 15-minute quarters with a running clock. The clock will only stop for scores, penalties, change of possessions and during the last two minutes of each half. There will be a five-minute halftime.
For the scoring system, the offense will get six points for a touchdown and three points for a field goal. After touchdowns, the offense will get one point for kicking an extra point, two points for a conversion from the three-yard line and four points for a conversion from the 10-yard line.
For the defense, they will get six points for a turnover, three points for a three-and-out or turnover on downs and one point for a forced punt.
Orange and Blue Game ‘Mr. Two Bits’
Florida student body president Blake Cox will don a yellow shirt, tie and khakis to serve as “Mr. Two Bits” on Saturday. He will follow presidents John Brinkman (2025), Olivia Green (2024), Lauren Lemasters (2023) and Cooper Brown (2022), while also kicking off the “Two Bits” ritual for the Jon Sumrall era.
In 2013, the University Athletic Association began the tradition of having a notable former Gator or person from the UF community take the role of a celebrity “Mr. Two Bits” to lead the pregame chant. In 2022, the UAA invited the sitting student body president to do the honors for the annual Orange & Blue Spring Game. That annual invite turns five years old this year.
