Pinellas county residents are eligible to be apart of “Operation Green Light.” According to a press release from Pinellas County, “This event helps customers with suspended drivers licenses pay overdue court, and traffic fines in full while saving 25% on collections fees.” Operation Green Light will take place at 14250 49th Street North in Clearwater from April 20-24.
Appointment hours:
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Wednesday and Thursday: 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM
“This initiative reflects our commitment to helping residents move past license related challenges so they can better support themselves and their families,” said Ken Burke, Pinellas Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller.
Appointments are required to participate in this event. Customers will be saving on collection fees, but reinstatement fees and late fees may still apply. Customers are not eligible to participate if they have previously taken part in any prior Operation Green Light event in Pinellas County.
