The bail bondsman accused of trading bond for sexual favors reached a plea agreement on Monday morning, before his trial was about to begin.Russell Moncrief was arrested in October 2024 after investigators said he forced women to have sex or perform other favors in exchange for posting their bail.Moncrief agreed to plead no contest to the racketeering charge.
