Miami’s vibrant Brickell neighborhood will soon welcome a sophisticated new sanctuary as the Four Seasons Hotel Miami officially introduces Séptimo, an intimate, seventh-floor cocktail destination. Opening to the public on April 29, Séptimo promises a refined yet spirited escape, blending timeless mixology techniques with a distinctly modern sensibility high above the city’s energy.

The name, meaning ‘seventh,’ reflects its elevated location and transportive ambiance. Séptimo is designed to cater equally to discerning Miami locals and hotel guests, offering an elegant setting perfect for pre- or post-dinner drinks, or simply a late afternoon aperitif. According to Haytham Said, General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Miami, “Séptimo was envisioned as an intimate escape above the city, one that feels both elevated and effortlessly welcoming.”

The bar’s heart lies in its dynamic cocktail program, led by acclaimed Beverage Director and mixologist Jacopo Rosito. Rosito’s approach honors the precision of classic bartending while introducing modern techniques and unexpected flavor profiles. The menu features award-winning standouts like the Elmy’s Margarita and the dramatic Café Caribe—Séptimo’s interpretation of the espresso martini, presented tableside in a traditional cafetera with a subtle veil of smoke. Rosito notes that the goal was to create an experience “anchored in tradition yet expressive of today.”

Complementing the innovative drink menu is a curated selection of refined bites by Four Seasons Hotel Miami Executive Chef Edouard DePlus. Offerings range from classic dishes, such as the Séptimo Burger and Tuna Carpaccio, to playful luxuries like Poulet & Caviar. A notable highlight is Luana’s Polpette al Pomodoro, a personal nod to Rosito’s mother’s homemade recipe. The bar will also feature a rotating music program of both live music and DJ sets from Wednesday through Saturday.
