Major delays have been reported on the Sawgrass Expressway in Broward after a Road Ranger vehicle was struck on Tuesday afternoon.
The incident was taking place in the northbound lanes near University Drive in Coral Springs, and those lanes have been closed while the investigation continues.
A medical helicopter was called to the scene of the crash to take someone to a hospital, but it’s unknown who was injured or how many people may have been injured.
It’s unknown how long the Sawgrass Expressway will be closed northbound, and motorists are being urged to seek an alternate route.
