Universal Orlando Resort has launched Universal Express Now, a new version of their Express Pass granting line-skip access for a single attraction during a specific timeframe.
Universal Express Now is exclusively available to purchase on the Universal Orlando Resort App on the day of your visit. Guests must be in the park to purchase the pass.
Guests select one of the participating attractions and then can enter the Express queue during a specific time window. The timeframe may be extended to the end of the day if the attraction goes down during a guest’s window.
There is limited day-of availability based on capacity and wait times. The pass is offered sporadically when availability opens at participating attractions in Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Epic Universe.
This was tested for a limited time last year at Revenge of the Mummy in Universal Studios Florida and Skull Island: Reign of Kong in Universal Islands of Adventure. It seems now any ride with an Express queue could open Express Now availability.
During the test, the price was $24.99 or $26.62 with tax.
The regular Express Pass and Express Unlimited Pass are still available, offering line-skip access at multiple rides in a theme park.
