Disney has shared new details on how you can meet Santa Claus at Disney Springs this holiday season, confirming that a virtual queue system will be used beginning November 13, 2025.
From November 13 through December 24, 2025, you can meet Santa near Disney’s Pin Traders in the Marketplace section of Disney Springs. Access will be managed exclusively through the My Disney Experience app, as no standby queue will be available.
How the Virtual Queue Works
Guests must be physically at Disney Springs to join the virtual queue. Multiple virtual queue openings will be offered daily at:
9:00 AM
11:00 AM
1:00 PM
3:00 PM
6:00 PM
One person in your group can request to join the queue for your entire party – up to 10 people. Once your group is called, the app will send a push notification directing you to your return location with a digital entry code. If you can’t locate your code, it can be found under the “Virtual Queues” section by tapping the three-line menu in the My Disney Experience app.
