ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — St. Petersburg leaders announced the first retail tenant to break ground at 400 Central, the tallest building in St. Pete, on Wednesday.

Mayor Ken Welch and other city leaders celebrated the groundbreaking for Volta Wine + Market, which is set to open this year.

The business is a “fine-wine bottle shop & urban market with Michelin standards,” according to its website.

Retail wine bottles span from $15 to $1,500. The store will also offer “gourmet grocery products,” such as artisanal pastas, sauces, preserves and prepared foods.
