At least one person was seen in handcuffs after a police pursuit ended in Miami late Thursday morning.
Few details have been released, but the pursuit ended in the area of Biscayne Boulevard and northeast 38th Street after starting on Interstate 95.
The end of the pursuit was to the north of Interstate 195 near the Julia Tuttle Causeway, and that has led to some delays in the area.
Video from Chopper 4 above the scene showed at least one person in handcuffs, and it’s unknown if anyone else was apprehended by police.
No other information was released, and CBS News Miami is working to gather more information about the incident.
