TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Florida A&M University was briefly put on lockdown Thursday afternoon, according to the University.
In a Facebook post, the university said police activity near FAMU Villages and Bragg Stadium and told people to shelter in place.
Within 30 minutes, FAMU posted an update giving the all clear and to “return to normal operations.”
The Tallahassee Police Department shared on social media that campus is returning to normal operations and that law enforcement officers remain in the area and will continue to monitor.
