Ride’em Cowboy, a country music bar that opened in October 2023 following the departure of Mixers at Old Key West Bar & Grill four months earlier, was the latest tenant to occupy the property. The establishment closed its doors Jan. 1 of this year.
Built in 1950, the one-story concrete structure sits on a 0.23-acre parcel of land with 122 feet of frontage on 25th Street N. and 200 feet of frontage on Central Ave. Ten parking spaces are available onsite.

Hotel owner sells three Salt Creek properties
Michael Andoniades, owner of the Hollander Hotel, Avalon Hotel, Mari Jean Hotel and numerous other properties throughout St. Petersburg, closed April 10 on the sale of three Salt Creek mixed use properties he purchased in 2023. The sales price was $2.5 million, down from $2.75 million when the assets were listed in July of last year.
The three properties, with addresses at 1624 4th Street S. and 1700 4th Street S., St. Petersburg, comprise over 19,000 gross square feet of warehouse and retail space. Three structures, built between 1925 and 1945, sit on a total land area of 0.72 acres that back up to Salt Creek.
Most of the buildings have been updated and are occupied, including tenant McMullen Fish House which opened in 2024.
Andoniades purchased the three parcels under the registered name Southside Greek, LLC for $900,000.
The buyer, registered under the name Salt Creek Ventures, LLC, is a limited liability company based in Greenwich, Connecticut.
