The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a crash on a Hillsborough County highway that injured four people.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, on Saturday around 9:50 p.m., a 31-year-old woman from Tampa was heading south on Dale Mabry Highway in a Toyota Corolla when a 32-year-old woman from Orlando stopped her Jeep Compass in the center lane north of Village Drive.
The FHP says the Toyota Corolla slammed into the back of the Jeep Compass, sending it forward where it slammed into a Dodge Challenger, driven by a 38-year-old man from Tampa.

The crash resulted in all three drivers suffering injuries and being transported to hospitals.
A 44-year-old man from Minnesota riding in the Jeep Compass was also injured and taken to a hospital, the FHP added.
