Maci Moore hit two home runs as the Jacksonville softball team rolled past New Berlin 12-2 on Monday.
The Crimsons had 11 hits, 10 of which went for extra bases.

Maggie Gerard hit a home run and a double. Malin Camerer hit a triple and two doubles. Eva Jane Jenkins hit a triple, and Kenzie Law hit a double. Chase Neice, back in the lineup after hitting a foul ball off her foot in a game last week, also hit a double.
Jacksonville scored in every inning.
Law got the win, giving up two unearned runs on two hits in six innings pitched. She struck out four and walked three.
Each team made four errors.

Calli Smith took the loss for New Berlin, allowing 12 runs (seven earned) on 11 hits. She struck out eight and walked no one.
Khloe Kearns pitched a one-hitter and went 3-for-3 at the plate as the Beardstown softball team improved to 12-1 with a win at Liberty on Monday.
The Tigers host Pittsfield on Wednesday in a game between two of the area’s best softball teams.

Beardstown finished with nine hits, all singles.
Ava Quigley and Kylynn Maltby had two hits apiece for the Tigers.
Kearns Struck out 10 batters and walked no one in the five-inning game.
WEST CENTRAL 20, ROUTT 0

Jada Lawson, JJ Weber and Mia Sievers had three hits apiece, and Hallee Lawson pitched a four-inning one-hitter as the West Central softball team beat Routt in Winchester on Monday.
West Central had 16 hits. Jerzi Clark had two hits. Sievers hit a triple, and Weber, Karlie Kendall, Lexi Whitehead and Jada Lawson each hit a double.
Hallee Lawson struck out five batters and walked one in four innings pitched.
Madi Wisdom had Routt’s only hit.

Lily Gilmore took the loss, allowing 20 runs (eight earned). Routt made nine errors.
BROWN COUNTY 16, PLEASANT HILL 7
Trailing 7-6, the Brown County softball team scored two runs in the sixth and eight in the seventh to beat Pleasant Hill on Monday.
Brown County improved to 6-4.

Taylor Craven and Ranessa Wort had three hits apiece for the Hornets. Nena Boylen and Jamie Loehr each had two hits. Loehr, Boylen and Wort hit doubles.
Kilyn Oxley got the win in the circle, giving up seven runs (two earned) on 11 hits in seven innings pitched. She struck out seven and walked no one.
Ada Little went 3-for-4 with a pair of doubles to lead the Wolves. Abby Coy also had three hits. Kate Hubbard had two hits. Hubbard and Kaitlyn Borrowman each hit a double.
Borrowman took the loss in the circle, allowing 16 runs (11 earned) on 12 hits.

NORTH GREENE 9, GRIGGSVILLE-PERRY 1
Chelsey Castleberry hit two doubles and pitched a three-hitter as the North Greene softball team beat Griggsville-Perry on Monday.
North Greene scored nine runs on only seven hits. Seven Griggsville-Perry errors led to eight unearned runs.
Eva Schenck hit a triple for the Spartans.

Castleberry gave up one run in seven innings pitched. She struck out 15 and walked only one.
Emily Lemons led the Tornadoes with two hits.
Ashtyn Wainman took the loss, allowing seven hits in seven innings of work. She struck out five and walked one.
