The City of Cape Coral is hosting its fourth annual Trunk-or-Treat on Friday from 5 to 9 p.m. at City Hall, located on 1015 Cultural Park Boulevard.
A portion of Cultural Park Boulevard will be closed for the event from 3 to 11 p.m. Southbound lanes will be closed from SE 9th Street to SE 11th Street, and northbound lanes will be closed from SE 10th Street to SE 11th Street.
Trick-or-treating for children ages 5 and under will take place from 5 to 6 p.m., while all ages are welcome from 6 to 8 p.m. Attendees can enjoy Halloween Town, a costume contest, a storytime tent, a scavenger hunt, train rides, and more.
The event will also feature the movie “Monster House” at 7 p.m., followed by a dazzling drone show at 8:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring treat bags, lawn chairs, and blankets.
Parking will be available at several designated areas, including Cultural Park, where a free shuttle bus will transport attendees from 4 to 9 p.m.
