5 things to know about Aquatica’s Aloha to Summer

ORLANDO, Fla. — There’s something about leis, pineapples, and poke that can transport you into Polynesian paradise. That’s what’s happening at SeaWorld’s water park.

1. Aloha to Summer continues for one final weekend at Aquatica. While the official start of summer isn’t until June 21, it’s not too early to embrace summer vibes.

2. During the special, limited time event, Aquatica has everything from pop-up entertainment like the Spritzer Squad, to dance parties, sand art, and lei handouts.

3. Aquatica has also introduced Polynesian-inspired foods and drinks that are sprinkled throughout the water park. These include Huli Huli Ribs, BBQ Pineapple Chicken Flatbeard, Ahi Tuna Poke Nachos, Maui Wowie Pizza.

4. “[We have] everything that will give you the vibe and the feeling to get you in the mood for summer, and maybe to help you escape for a few minutes or few hours like you’re not in Orlando,” said Aquatica entertainment production supervisor Brittany Antle.

5. Aloha to Summer is included with regular Aquatica Orlando admission. The final weekend of these special festivities is this weekend, May 2 & 3.
