JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Mayor Donna Deegan will join the Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation and the city’s Military Affairs & Veterans Department to highlight events for the 2025 Celebration of Valor and announce the Jaguars community grants for organizations serving active-duty military and veterans.
Expected speakers, along with Deegan, include:
