First of all, I don’t speed.I always obey school zone flashing lights. I was in Cape Coral on October 10. In the mail today I received a speeding ticket for going 44 in 20mph school zone on skyline at 21st Street by skyline elementary. There were no flashing yellow lights. They want $100. I’ve seen on the news people having the same problem. It was 3:20 PM on a Friday. I saw no children around at all and I repeat, no flashing yellow lights and I’m moving with traffic. Any suggestions?
