JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A crash knocked out the traffic signal at the intersection of Lem Turner Road and Edgewood Avenue West Friday afternoon.
Officers were on scene managing the flow of traffic while the signal was down.
As of 4:45 p.m., the power was back on.
