Good Thyme Grazing

1431 Rail Head Blvd. Suite 1, Naples – goodthymegrazing@gmail.com

When it comes to grazing tables and charcuterie boards, Good Thyme Grazing is on a mission. Their goal? To elevate party food to a superior level of taste, and to offer it as extraordinary edible art. While the physical location of Good Thyme is in Naples, the establishment proudly serves Fort Myers, Bonita Springs and the surrounding communities. The colorful boards crafted here generally portray a river of meat, encompassed by islands of green grapes, fine crackers, nuts and olives. If an entire table or board of charcuterie feels daunting, why not order their single-serving charcuterie boxes? These hand-packaged snacks contain the perfect amount of pepperoni, blueberry and even apricot for a single diner. Good Thyme Grazing takes orders online and services all of Southwest Florida.

Flock Wine Bistro

9405 Cypress Lake Drive, Suite 1, Fort Myers – (239) 245-7105

This family-owned wine bar curates pairings of wine, Mediterranean-inspired small plates, bountiful boards and memorable celebrations. Instead of ordering charcuterie to-go, land at Flock and experience charcuterie in the warm ambiance of their establishment. This, of course, is the season of celebrating with graduations around the corner. Flock also offers weekly specials; their Italian Happy Hour occurs throughout the week and includes a Charcuterie buffet, wine, beer or soda for $20 dollars from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. The boards at Flock are truly unique. The Rustic Board, especially, overflows with homemade Sicilian Caponata, Fegatini Pate on crostini and imported duck prosciutto. Stop in for Happy Hour – or schedule a private party – either way, the flavors at Flock may surprise you.
