It’s bracket time for softball.

The Florida High School Athletic Association announced the regional playoff brackets on May 1 for the high school softball playoffs across Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, the next step in the road to the FHSAA championships in Longwood.

Jacksonville-area teams will begin the regionals on May 6 for Classes 1A through 4A and on May 7 for 5A through 7A. The second round will be on May 12, and the third round on May 14.

In 2025, no Northeast Florida teams qualified for the final four, but the area enters the 2026 regionals with numerous contenders.
