October 29, 2025 – The Tampa Bay Rays announced Wednesday that they will open a new retail location in St. Petersburg. A grand opening event for the Rays Pop-Up Team Store is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at 1101 1st Ave. S., across from Tropicana Field. Starting pitcher Ryan Pepiot will greet and interact with fans. The event will also feature a complimentary coffee bar, a DJ, the Rays street team, giveaways, team mascots, merchandise and collectibles.
