TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A man accused of lying about his age and engaging in a sexual relationship with a teenage girl is facing more charges related to another alleged relationship.
According to arrest documents, 23-year-old Kamron Abernathy is charged with lewd and lascivious batter, traveling to met a minor and use of a two way communication device to facilitate a felony.

These new charges stem from evidence recovered from Abernathy’s phone after his arrest in January, according to arrest papers.
Documents show the victim told detectives she met Abernathy on social media. She told investigators he told her he was a 17-year-old Godby High School student.
