At least five people, including a child, were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle crash on Sunday shutdown all lanes on Interstate 75, deputies said.
According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened on I-75 North.
Deputies said four people were taken to the hospital by ground, while the child was airlifted after suffering from cardiac arrest.
At the scene, there appeared to be two cars that were severely damaged.
BSO said there is one possible unconfirmed death and referred NBC6 to the Florida Highway Patrol for more details.
