About John
John is a litigator who defends clients across a wide range of claims, including personal injury, negligent security, automobile accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, construction litigation, and product liability. He handles all phases of the litigation process from pre-suit to verdict, defending lawsuits in state and federal courts throughout the state and the nation for local and national clients. His experience also includes rideshare-related cases.
In addition to his litigation practice, John co-chairs Hinshaw’s Pro Bono and Community Involvement Committee in Fort Lauderdale, overseeing community events and assisting in office pro bono initiatives. He is actively involved in the legal community, serving on the Board of Governors of the Jacksonville Bar Association and as a member of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys and the Jacksonville Association of Defense Counsel.
