GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Head coach Tim Walton and the Florida softball team announced its full schedule for the 2026 season on Thursday afternoon.
The Gators, who are coming off their third Women’s College World Series appearance in the last four seasons in 2025, will host 29 games at Katie Pressly Seashole Stadium.
Over the course of the season, Florida will face 14 teams that qualified for the 2025 NCAA Tournament, six teams that advanced to Super Regionals and a pair of WCWS participants.
The home slate is highlighted by four SEC series against Missouri, Tennessee, Mississippi State and Auburn, in addition to four conference road series at Kentucky, Arkansas, South Carolina and Georgia.
The Gators return 10 players from the 2025 WCWS squad that rolled up 48 wins and won five Southeastern Conference weekend series.
Conference play begins on March 6 and runs through May 2. The regular season conference schedule includes eight three-game series for each team for a total of 24 games, followed by the SEC Tournament on May 5-9 hosted by Kentucky in Lexington.
Game times and television information will be announced at a later date.
