CAPE CORAL, Fla. (WINK) — The Cape Coral Police Department responded to a fiery crash along Cape Coral Parkway that causes a temporary road closure eastbound.
The crash, reported around 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, has closed the eastbound traffic lane between Vincennes St. and Del Prado Blvd.
Video submitted by WINK News viewer Chris Arnold shows crews working to extinguish the car fire.
At around 2 p.m., the crash was cleared, and law enforcement reopened the eastbound lanes for regular traffic.
It remains unknown if any injuries occurred from the crash. WINK News contacted the Cape Coral Police Department for more information regarding this crash.
