Newly released video shows a deputy being stabbed multiple times in the chest during what investigators describe as an ambush attack, with authorities saying the deputy survived because of a bulletproof vest. Court records show Medina-Marquez has previously been accused of punching a deputy in the face and charging at officers before being subdued with a Taser.
