The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.

Mark Relihan, 68, was reported missing Sunday and is reportedly diagnosed with dementia. Due to his condition, police are concerned for his safety.

Relihan was last seen leaving his home on Crest Drive North, south of Ramona Boulevard, at approximately 8:30 a.m. Sunday, according to the sheriff’s office. He was last seen wearing a denim jacket, a white and blue checkered shirt, jeans and black shoes.

He is described as being 6 feet tall and weighing around 200 pounds. His eyes are blue and his hair is white.
