Toll Brothers is nearing completion of home sales at its Tesoro Club community in Port St. Lucie, Fla., as the luxury homebuilder releases its final inventory of quick move-in homes within the golf and country club development.
The remaining homes are located inside the staff-gated Tesoro Club community, one of the larger master-planned luxury golf developments along Florida’s Treasure Coast. The final one-story homes are priced from $799,000 and offer more than 2,700 square feet of living space.
The sellout reflects continued demand for amenity-driven residential communities across South Florida and the Treasure Coast, where migration trends, retiree relocation, and second-home demand have continued supporting higher-end residential development despite broader housing market moderation.
Located in Port St. Lucie, the community includes access to two 18-hole championship golf courses along with an extensive package of resort-style amenities designed around active lifestyle and country club living.
Residents have access to the community clubhouse and the Swim & Racquet Club, which includes a Junior Olympic-sized pool, nine Har-Tru tennis courts, 11 pickleball courts, dining venues, and fitness-oriented recreational facilities.
The homes feature open-concept floor plans, gourmet kitchens with oversized islands, expansive primary suites, and upgraded finishes aimed at luxury and move-up buyers. Toll Brothers said remaining inventory includes quick move-in homes with pre-selected designer finishes intended to shorten construction timelines for buyers seeking immediate occupancy.
Jonathan Carter, division president for Toll Brothers in Southeast Florida, said the remaining homes represent one of the last opportunities for buyers to enter the community.
Port St. Lucie has remained one of Florida’s fastest-growing residential markets as buyers continue seeking comparatively lower housing costs than Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties while maintaining access to coastal amenities and transportation infrastructure. The Treasure Coast region has also benefited from ongoing in-migration of retirees, remote workers, and higher-income households relocating from northeastern states.
Luxury golf and lifestyle communities have remained an active segment of Florida’s housing market, particularly among affluent buyers seeking bundled recreational amenities and private club environments.
Founded in 1967, Toll Brothers operates in more than 60 U.S. markets and remains one of the nation’s largest luxury homebuilders. In addition to home construction, the company maintains operations across mortgage, title, land development, smart home technology, and building products.
The company recently ranked as Fortune magazine’s top “Most Admired” homebuilder for the ninth consecutive year.
