An altercation ended in a shooting that left two people injured Friday night in Fort Lauderdale, police said.
Fort Lauderdale Police responded to reports of two adult men shot during an altercation in the 600 block of Northwest 12th Avenue around 8:45 p.m.
Authorities said one victim was shot in the leg, while the other suffered a gunshot wound to the upper torso. Both men were taken to Broward Health Medical Center.
Police have not released the identities or conditions of the victims.
