Man dies in car crash on the Westside in Duval County (WJXT News4JAX)
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – One man is dead after a deadly crash near I-295 on Saturday.
The crash happened on the Westside in Duval County at 3:30 a.m.
The 50-year old man was traveling westbound on 103rd Street. He ran a red light at 103rd Street and crashed into another driver, who was trying to turn onto the I-295 Northbound on-ramp.
The man’s car rotated and overturned. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
He was not wearing a seatbelt.
The other driver was not injured.
