ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The St. Petersburg Fire Rescue and Tampa Fire Rescue are investigating a fatal wreck involving a motorcyclist is causing delays on the westbound side of the Howard Frankland Bridge heading into Pinellas County.
Traffic cameras provided by The Florida Department of Transportation showed a motorcyclist down in the roadway before emergency crews arrived on scene. 9-1-1 calls started to come in around 4:35 am Tuesday.
