Tampa police officers told 10 Tampa Bay News that a car and a large Jeep collided Wednesday night in the area of N. Florida Avenue and Clinton Street.
TAMPA, Fla. — A crash briefly shut down a roadway in Tampa on Wednesday night.
It happened at around 9:15 p.m. in the area of N. Florida Avenue and Clinton Street.
Tampa police officers told 10 Tampa Bay News crews at the scene that a car and a large Jeep collided, and the car careened through a parking lot and up against a building and fence.
Meanwhile, the Jeep reportedly ended up across the street on a sidewalk.
No injuries were reported, but officers said the crash caused the southbound lanes of N. Florida Avenue to be blocked off for over an hour.
All lanes have since reopened.
