According to court documents, Jeremy G. Duncans, 26, of Fort Lauderdale, was arrested Wednesday and charged with burglary to an occupied structure, burglary to conveyance and possession of burglary tools.A Palm Beach Police Officer stated in an arrest report that on Wednesday at 3:27 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Cocoanut Row, which is the location of the Three Thirty Cocoanut Row Condominium, in reference to a Black man observed by building security entering multiple residents’ parked vehicles in the building’s parking garage.The condominium is enclosed with a concrete wall and hedges to discourage public access. There was one access point available for vehicles with a no trespass sign.When officers arrived at the scene, a man told 911 dispatch that the person was still on the property as he could see the suspect on a surveillance video. Officers located the suspect, later identified as Duncans near the building’s trash cans.According to the report, Duncans told officers he was on a delivery at a different address but found his way into the condominium’s parking garage. Police were able to determine that the woman had a warrant out for her arrest for burglary in Broward County.An officer made contact with the security guard and the witness, and the witness said he saw Duncans on the property for 10 minutes with a flashlight and enter the vehicle that was rummaged through.The witness added Duncans entered a second vehicle and then went to a third vehicle located near the trash cans.The owner of the vehicle that was rummaged through met with an officer and said there was a white box containing bottles of vodka and two padel rackets. Earlier, an officer found those items outside the vehicle.The owner of the vehicle told officers he wished to prosecute Duncans.
