Cape Coral police investigate shooting in restaurant parking lot

The Cape Coral Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened in the parking lot outside a McDonald’s at Hancock Bridge Parkway and Pine Island Road on Monday night.

According to officers, a disturbance broke out and a shot was fired, but no injuries were reported.

The investigation is ongoing.
