2 USF students involved in double stabbing at Tampa apartment complex

Officials say both people who were stabbed are stable, and everyone involved has been identified and accounted for.

TAMPA, Fla. — Deputies are investigating a double stabbing involving two University of South Florida students at a Tampa apartment complex.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office responded around 4:30 a.m. to the Halo 46 Apartments located on North 46th Street after a call came in from a man claiming he and another person had been stabbed.

Officials say both people who were stabbed are stable, and everyone involved has been identified and accounted for.

HCSO says the suspect and one of the people stabbed are USF students.

The investigation is ongoing.
