Person found floating in pool in possible drowning in Fort Lauderdale – NBC 6 South Florida

A person was pronounced dead after a possible drowning at a Fort Lauderdale home Saturday.

Officers were called to a home located on the 2400 block of Middle River Drive where the male was found floating in the pool, Fort Lauderdale Police said. The male died at the scene.

The incident does not appear to foul play, according to detectives.

The victim’s identity has not been released.
