FOX 13 Meteorologist Dave Osterberg is keeping an eye on an area of disturbed weather in the Southeast Gulf, but he does not think this area will develop due to wind shear pushing it apart. He said the area will likely drift northwest and bring beneficial rain to Louisiana. Osterberg does not expect any tropical formation within the next seven days.
