Tampa captured its third straight national championship, defeating West Chester, 8-4, in Game 3 of the 2026 NCAA Division II baseball championship. Tampa is the first team in DII baseball history to win three consecutive national championships.
The championship bracket was announced during a selection show on Sunday, May 10 live streamed on NCAA.com. The 56-team field features 21 automatic qualifiers and 35 at-large bids. Regional competition began Thursday, May 14.
