TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCJB) – A North Central Florida congresswoman paid tribute to Florida’s longest-serving sheriff, who passed away last month.
Representative Kat Cammack visited the Law Enforcement Hall of Fame induction ceremony for five former sheriffs, including former Hamilton County Sheriff J. Harrell Reid.
He was sheriff there for 36 years and was the state’s longest-serving sheriff.
Reid died in April.
