2-year-old found in body of water (WJXT)
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a 2-year-old child was reported missing and later found in a body of water on Monday, in the Jamestown neighborhood, according to officials.
Neighbors and family members had been searching for the child before the toddler was located near Elmar Road.
The child was taken to a hospital, where their condition remained unknown as of this report.
