GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Miss Ocala Madison Parolini and Miss Gainesville Tia Unsell will head to the Miss Florida stage in two weeks.
The 2026 competition is June 24-27th in Lakeland.
The winner will be crowned at the conclusion of this event.
Miss Ocala Madison Parolini is a BFA Musical Theatre student at the University of Florida, and hopes to become a Broadway performer. This is her first year competing for Miss Florida. She advocates for the performing arts industry and mentoring young performers.
Miss Gainesville Tia Unsell is a graduate of FSU and hopes to become a speech pathologist. This is her final year taking the Miss Florida stage. Tia’s Community Service Initiative is Dancers Against Cancer. This helps provide financial assistance to dancers, dance teachers, and their families battling cancer.
