GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) – The city of Midway says a main pipe at the intersection of Brickyard Road and Highway 90 has busted.
The city announced the incident on Wednesday and said Talquin Electric Cooperative is working to address the issues and restore water.

A Precautionary Boil Water notice was also issued on Wednesday afternoon for the area around 33333 Blue Star Highway and 33870 Blue Star Highway and River Park Drive in Midway.
Those in the area affected were asked to boil water before drinking or cooking. The electric company said 11 water services are affected.

They were also told that their tap water may be discolored due to shifting sediments in the water main.
The Ochlockonee Pointe Apartments, the Pilot Travel Center and the Country Inn & Suites are located within the area of the boil water notice, according to the Talquin map.
