The anti-Trump “No Kings” protests will return to Central Florida on Saturday after previously drawing thousands of protestors to rallies across the state in June.

The “No Kings Day” protests held on June 14 were timed to coincide with President Donald Trump’s birthday and his military parade in Washington, D.C., staged to celebrate the anniversary of the U.S. Army. They were called a “nationwide day of defiance” against a president protestors say acts like a monarch.

Orlando’s protest was the largest in the region with a crowd of at least 4,000, according to organizers. There were over 2,000 protests across the nation and around 70 in Florida, including in Apopka and Casselberry.

Dozens of new protests are planned for Saturday, which organizers say will be peaceful gatherings aiming to show dislike for Trump’s policies and a president who “thinks his rule is absolute.”

Trump administration officials, in turn, have blamed the planned Oct. 18 protests for prolonging the federal government shutdown, arguing Democrats don’t want to make a deal until their supporters can demonstrate, and House Speaker Mike Johnson told Fox News the upcoming events amounted to a “hate America rally.”

Here is a list of “No Kings” demonstrations planned for Central Florida.
