• Police were called at 8:46 a.m. Wednesday to the 100 block of South Fayette Street for a report of a possibly intoxicated woman urinating outdoors. She was taken to Jacksonville Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
• Two or three homeless people had set up a camp on a gazebo in Community Park, 1201 S. Main St., according to a report filed at 7:50 a.m. Wednesday. Officers spoke to them about it and they left.
• A 45-year-old Jacksonville woman was cited on a charge of failing to yield after her car and one being driven by an 18-year-old Jacksonville woman collided at 7:28 p.m. Wednesday at South Diamond and Grove streets.
• Tools were stolen from a residence in the 800 block of North Main Street, according to a report filed at 2:05 p.m. Wednesday.
• Merchandise was stolen from Dollar General, 1101 E. Morton Ave., about 5:31 p.m. Sunday, according to a report filed at 7:14 a.m. Wednesday. Police are investigating.
