Join us for Freedom by the Bay, a patriotic community celebration honoring our veterans and celebrating America’s 250th Anniversary on Fort Myers Beach.
The event begins at 4:00 PM with a Veteran Appreciation Ceremony featuring the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Color Guard presenting the colors. The ceremony will recognize the service and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans and active-duty military.
Following the ceremony, enjoy live music by the No BS Band from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bayside Veterans Park Concert Series stage.
The evening concludes with the community gathering along Fort Myers Beach for Fireworks Over the Gulf at 9:00 PM.
Freedom by the Bay is part of the island’s Red, White & Beach Fourth of July celebration, which also includes the Patriotic Parade through downtown Fort Myers Beach at 10:00 AM.
