ST. LUCIE COUNTY – St. Lucie County offices will be closed Thursday, July 2, and Friday, July 3 in observance of the Independence Day holiday and the 250th birthday of America.
St. Lucie County branch libraries will close at 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 2 and reopen on Monday, July 6.
The Oxbow Eco-Center, located at 5400 NE St. James Drive in Port St. Lucie, will be closed on Thursday, July 2 through Saturday, July 4 in observance of the Independence Day holiday. Preserve trails and outdoor amenities will remain open from sunrise to sunset.
The St. Lucie County Regional History Center and St. Lucie County Aquarium, featuring the Smithsonian Marine Ecosystems Exhibit, both located at Museum Point Park, 414 Seaway Drive in Fort Pierce, will be closed on Saturday, July 4.
The St. Lucie County stake park, behind the Fenn Center, and three public pools will be open for normal hours of operations.
